Description:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across diverse industries within Germany to increase company revenue and market share.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and industry partners to support business growth and strategic initiatives.
Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify emerging trends, competition, and opportunities for growth.
Design and execute comprehensive business development strategies to target specific markets and industries.
Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure seamless collaboration and execution of growth plans.
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals, ensuring favorable terms for the company while meeting customer needs.
Provide regular reports on business development activities, including progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in business development or sales in a similar industry.
Strong understanding of the German business landscape, market trends, and competitive environments.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to think strategically and execute business development initiatives effectively.
Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
