Description:

  • Design and create visually appealing graphics, layouts, and visual content for marketing materials, including brochures, websites, social media posts, and advertisements.

  • Work closely with marketing, product, and content teams to conceptualize and execute creative solutions that align with brand identity and business objectives.

  • Ensure consistency in visual design across all platforms and marketing channels.

  • Produce high-quality digital assets and files for web and print use.

  • Revise and improve design drafts based on feedback from stakeholders, ensuring the final design meets expectations and requirements.

  • Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and other creatives to ensure cohesive and integrated visual storytelling.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).

  • Strong portfolio showcasing original graphic design work across various digital and print mediums.

  • Understanding of design principles such as color theory, typography, and layout.

  • Detail-oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills.

  • 2+ years of experience as a graphic designer, preferably in a marketing or branding environment.

  • Fluent in German and English; additional languages are an asset.
