Description:
Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Oversee the management and growth of key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of products and services.
Prepare and present reports on account performance, including opportunities for improvement and new revenue streams.
Conduct regular meetings with clients to review contract terms, business goals, and performance metrics.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in account management or sales.
Strong customer service skills, with a focus on building long-term relationships.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple accounts.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Fluent in Ukrainian, Russian, and English.
